All new dogs must complete a trial day before starting daycare.
Some dogs adjust in just a few minutes, while others may need a few hours. Once your dog successfully completes their trial day, you may drop off anytime after 8:00 AM on their scheduled daycare days going forward.
Dogs showing any of the following symptoms cannot attend daycare that day:
You may drop off and pick up your dog during the following hours:
Your dog’s daycare day reserves a spot for them. If your dog cannot attend their scheduled daycare day, that day will still be charged, as the space is held for them.
(Think of it like reserving a spot in human daycare.)
For the safety of all pets and staff all dogs must be leashed at all times when arriving and leaving the facility.
We strongly recommend keeping your dog on year-round flea prevention.
If a dog arrives with fleas:
We maintain a zero-aggression policy. All dogs must be friendly with other dogs and people in order to attend daycare.e and severity.
Humping is a natural behavior that can occur in both male and female dogs—even if they are spayed or neutered.
If it happens occasionally, we will redirect the behavior. However, if a dog continually humps other dogs, it may create tension or aggression, and they may no longer be able to attend daycare.
